Cellcast plc announces that it has today been notified by Neil Craven that, following a sale of 2,250,000 ordinary shares in the Company, he now has a notifiable interest in 2,713,000 ordinary shares in Cellcast representing approximately 3.57 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
