Conditional agreement

The Directors of Cellcast plc ("the Company") have noted the recent increase in the Company's share price and confirm that the Company has entered into a conditional agreement which would result in an increase in the broadcasting airtime available to the Cellcast Group. The agreement is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions which have yet to be met. A further announcement will be made in due course.
